So, I’ve been cooking a lot lately.  Really into trying new recipes.   The other day, I made  Argentinian Flank Steak with Chimichurri potatoes for Cami’s welcome home dinner.  I cooked the steak on the grill with a cumin and paprika seasoning rub, and it was so good!  Too bad I forgot to take a picture of it.

A few days ago, I made a big pot of chilli and a couple of days later, 2 turkey lasagnas!  The lasagna is the Barefoot Contessa’s recipe.  I’ve made it before and it’s truly the best lasagna I’ve ever had.

I’ve put them in the freezer to bake at a later date, sooo good!
